Lead change through

 LEAD THROUGH CHANGE 

Of the many wise things that dr. stephen

r.covey said what am i favorite is this

concept of there's three constants in

life principles choice and change one of

my continued messes is how I deal with

change and if you want to have more

leadership successes here's some advice

for you

the nimble leader is always gonna be

facing change its ever-present right

change is the new normal we hear that

all the time but when you're facing

change as a leader a great way to be

successful through it is to follow this

process put your emotions and your

opinions about the change aside for a

moment and focus on what is your role as

a leader in the team to constantly move

your team safely through change and then

when they're through the change

don't be afraid to move your feelings

back on you again kind of revisit them

talk to your boss in your leader share

your fears but don't let your opinion in

your own paranoia or jealousy or or

concerns but the change cloud your

responsibility as a leader to

effectively implement it and set your

team up great on the next side avoid the

mess of conflating your opinions about

the change with your responsibility to

lead your team through it to success.
